It has been suggested by more than one member that we should consider a club project for the coming year.The suggestion is that if all (or a large number) of members select one new period to work on we could quickly build up large forces and have a period that we all enjoy and have a stake in.This is nothing new really as we already have collections built up by numbers of members but these are often started by a single member with a few others simply adding on units or models and are not planned. The current suggestion is that this should be done on a more organised footing.So there are two things to consider:1. Do we want to build up a new project in this way? Are enough members willing to commit to the idea?2. What period should we choose?  Your comments, PLEASE!!!MH

In 2007 we went to Corbridge for a wargame weekend with Stephen and his friends. 2008 we went to Triples at Sheffield for a convention weekend. 2009 we didn't manage a trip across although a number of members made solo forays to conventions.

Now we should start planning for next year. Any suggestions?
